Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Cristy Bennett earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota before receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2014. Following graduation, she returned home to Nebraska to begin her veterinary career.

Dr. Bennett has a special interest in soft tissue surgery. She takes pride in identifying problems and going above and beyond to find the best possible solutions for her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Bennett enjoys spending time with her daughter, her Australian Shepherd named Flynn, and her cat, Rollie—whom she adopted after treating her as an injured kitten. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find Dr. Bennett outdoors staying active or relaxing with her latest crochet project.
