Dr. Rawlinson
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Kate Rawlinson has had a lifelong passion for animals. After graduating from Lincoln Pius X High School, she earned her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2018 and graduated cum laude from Iowa State University with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2022.
Dr. Rawlinson has a special interest in emergency medicine. She thrives in the fast-paced, challenging environment where she can make a real difference by saving lives and providing critical care when pets need it most.
Outside of work, Dr. Rawlinson trains and competes in dressage with her horse, Image. Together, they’ve earned multiple national and world titles as well as a USEF Bronze Medal. At home, she enjoys the company of her dog Mocha, a lovable mastiff. In her free time, Dr. Rawlinson enjoys baking, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and cheering on Husker sports—especially football, volleyball, and basketball.
Dr. Rawlinson is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She takes pride in creating customized care plans that fit each family’s lifestyle and in helping pets live their healthiest, happiest lives—from their first vaccines to their golden years.
